内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)具有创伤小、恢复快、费用低等优点。但ESD操作难度较大,容易出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症,良好的手术视野是减少并发症的关键,牵引技术可以使手术视野变得更加清晰,各种牵引方法都有其自身的优缺点,结合本单位开展ESD的经验体会,本文对各种牵引技术进行综述,以供临床参考。

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) has the advantages of minor trauma, fast recovery and low cost. However, ESD is difficult to operate and is prone to serious complications such as bleeding and perforation. Good surgical field of vision is the key to reduce complications. Traction technique can make the surgical field more clear. Various traction methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Combined with the experience of ESD in our unit, this article reviews various traction techniques for clinical reference.
