目的

探讨CC趋化因子受体2( CCR2)及CC趋化因子配体2( CCL2)和Treg特异性标志物Foxp3的表达与结肠癌患者临床病理的相关性。

方法

收集南京中医药大学附属医院病理科2020年8月至2021年3月120例结肠癌患者的癌组织和癌旁正常组织标本,应用免疫组化法检测CCR2、CCL2、Foxp3的表达情况。

结果

CCR2、CCL2、Foxp3在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率远高于癌旁正常组织(P< 0.05)。CCR2、CCL2、Foxp3的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度和临床分期明显相关(P< 0.05),并且三者表达呈正相关(P< 0.001)。三者中CCR2诊断结肠癌淋巴结转移时具有最高的准确性,也优于增强CT的诊断准确率。

结论

趋化因子CCR2/CCL2轴、Foxp3与结肠癌淋巴结转移密切相关,检测结肠癌组织内CCR2/CCL2轴、Foxp3的表达对预测淋巴结转移情况、评价预后、指导术后治疗具有指导价值。

Objective

To investigate the expression of CCR2, CCL2 and Foxp3 in colon cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features.

Methods

120 cases of colon cancer from August 2020 to March 2021 were collected from Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital of Jiangsu Province, and the expression of CCR2, CCL2 and Foxp3 was detected by immunohistochemistry.

Results

The positive rate of CCR2, CCL2 and Foxp3 in colon cancer tissues was much higher than that in normal tissues (P< 0.05). The expression of CCR2, CCL2 and Foxp3 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, depth of tumor invasion, degree of differentiation and clinical tumor stage (P< 0.05), and the expression of the three was positively correlated with each other (P< 0.001). Among the three, CCR2 had the highest accuracy in diagnosing lymph node metastasis of colon cancer and was also superior to that of enhanced CT.

Conclusion

CCR2/CCL2 axis and Foxp3 are closely related to lymph node metastasis of colon cancer. Detecting the expression of CCR2/CCL2 axis and Foxp3 in colon cancer tissue is beneficial to predicting lymph node metastasis, evaluating prognosis and guiding postoperative treatment.
