间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor，GIST)是胃肠道最常见的间叶组织源性肿瘤，起源自中胚层来源的卡哈尔细胞(interstitial cell of Cajal，ICC)^[1]。平滑肌瘤同属间叶源性肿瘤，起源自成肌细胞^[2]。二者临床特点具有较大差异，同部位并发间质瘤和平滑肌瘤者罕见^[3]。现解放军总医院第一医学中心消化内科医学部贲门间质瘤并发平滑肌瘤经口超级微创切除1例报告如下。

图3 超声内镜(环扫频率6 MHz深度6 cm)注：A：贲门2处黏膜下肿物，均呈均质低回声，与第4层(肌层)相连，边界清晰，内无血流；B：红箭处瘤体测截面大小7.0 mm×9.2 mm；C：黄箭处瘤体测截面大小10.2 mm×8.5 mm
