图1 A为胃窦后壁见一隆起物，直径约0.8 cm；B为活检钳触之稍韧，无滑动感；C为黏膜下注射液体垫，抬举良好；D为圈套器圈套肿物；E为高频电切除肿物，创面无出血；F为病理可见肿瘤细胞围绕血管呈漩涡状洋葱样结构，伴淋巴细胞、浆细胞和较多嗜酸性粒细胞浸润
