目前国内外治疗食管裂孔疝(HH)的方法多种多样,临床疗效及不良反应各有不同,根据治疗方式不同,可分为:药物治疗、外科治疗、腹腔镜治疗及内镜下治疗四大类。诊断价值较大的检查方法主要包括:胃镜检查、上消化道造影、计算机断层扫描及食道高分辨率测压。本文对HH诊治的研究现状作一综述。

At present, there are various treatment methods for hiatal hernia in China and abroad, with different clinical effects and adverse reactions. According to different treatment methods, it can be divided into four categories: drug treatment, surgical treatment, laparoscopic treatment and endoscopic treatment. The main diagnostic methods include gastroscopy, upper gastrointestinal angiography, computed tomography (CT), and high-resolution esophageal manometry. This article reviews the research status of diagnosis and treatment of hiatal hernia.
