消化内镜诊疗技术的创新和迅猛发展对消化内镜医生提出了更高要求,因此,内镜医生的规范化培训也成为急需解决的问题。目前国内外存在不同的消化内镜培训模式和方法,解放军总医院第二医学中心消化内镜中心根据内镜培训工作的特点,利用先进的消化内镜模拟训练系统,结合基于问题学习(PBL)和基于案例学习(CBL)的教学方法,探索形成消化内镜分段进阶培训的教学模式。本文详细总结了消化内镜模拟系统在不同内镜培训模式中的应用,以及全面的介绍分段进阶教学模式在消化内镜培训中的应用。

With the innovation and speedy development of digestive endoscope diagnosis and treatment technology, endoscopists need higher expertise level, so the standardized training of endoscopists has become an urgent problem to be solved. At present, there are different endoscopic training modes at home and abroad. According to the characteristics of endoscopic training, we use advanced digestive endoscope simulation training system combined with problem-based learning and case-based learning teaching methods to explore the formation of digestive endoscope step-by-step advanced training mode. This paper summarizes the application of digestive endoscopic simulation system in different endoscopic training modes and comprehensively introduces the application of segmented advanced teaching mode in digestive endoscopic training.
