胰腺液体积聚(PFC)是胰腺损伤后常见的并发症,PFC根据其病程长短、囊壁及内容物情况分为四类。PFC的治疗传统以经皮穿刺置管引流术(PCD)和外科手术为主。随着医疗技术的不断进步,目前微创技术已成为首选治疗方案,包括超声内镜引导下胰腺假性囊肿引流术、微创腹膜后入路胰腺坏死组织清除术等。本文对PFC的定义、分类及常见微创技术进行综述。

Pancreatic fluid collection (PFC) is a common complication after pancreatic injury. PFC can be divided into four categories according to the course of disease, the cystic wall and contents of the PFC. The traditional treatment of PFC is percutaneous catheter drainage (PCD) and surgery.With the continuous progress of medical technology, minimally invasive technology is the first choice, including endoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic pseudocyst drainage, minimally invasive retroperitoneal pancreatic necrotic tissue removal, etc. This paper reviews the definition, classification and common minimally invasive techniques of PFC.
