目的

研究肠内营养支持干预在急性胰腺炎患者中的临床效果及对营养状态的影响。

方法

选取2019年11月至2021年12月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第二附属医院消化科治疗的83例急性胰腺炎(AP)患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为二组,对照组41例、观察组42例。对照组进行常规肠外营养支持干预,观察组给予肠内营养支持干预。比较两组患者的急性生理功能和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)评分,比较两组患者血细胞因子水平和营养指标水平。

结果

干预2周后,观察组APACHE Ⅱ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预2周后,观察组患者血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TF)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。

结论

肠内营养支持干预能提高急性胰腺炎患者健康水平,降低血细胞炎症因子水平,改善患者营养状况,值得推广。

Objective

To study the clinical effect of enteral nutrition support intervention in patients with pancreatitis and its influence on nutritional status.

Methods

A total of 83 patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and were grouped according to the random number table method. Among them, 41 cases were in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group. The control group received routine parenteral nutrition support intervention, and the observation group received enteral nutrition support intervention. The acute physiological function and chronic health scoring system Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) scores of the two groups were compared, and the blood cytokine levels and nutritional index levels of the two groups were compared.

Results

After 2 weeks of intervention, the APACHE Ⅱ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); after 2 weeks of intervention, the serum prealbumin (PA), albumin (ALB) and transferrin (TF) levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Enteral nutrition support intervention can improve the health of patients with pancreatitis, reduce the level of blood cell inflammatory factors, and improve the nutritional status of patients. It is worthy of promotion.
