抽吸物pH测试法在单独或联合其他生物标志物用于胃管位置定位方面已取得了一定的研究进展。该方法具有准确度高、简单、无创、经济、适合床旁操作等独特优势,现已被国内外指南推荐为确认胃管位置的一线检查方法。本文将从抽吸物pH测试法的原理、应用形式、不足和展望等方面进行综述。以期为抽吸物pH测试法进一步的研究和临床应用提供参考。

Aspirate pH testing has made some research progress in the localization of gastric tube position alone or in combination with other biomarkers.At present, this method has been recommended by domestic and foreign guidelines as the clinical first-line examination method to confirm the position of the gastric tube.This article will review the principles, application forms, shortcomings and prospects of the aspirated pH test method.In order to provide a reference for further research and clinical application of the aspirated pH test method.
