胃食管阀瓣与胃食管反流病息息相关,Hill分级是依据胃食管阀瓣的不同形态制定的分级标准。本文旨在对Hill分级的相关文献进行综述,从患者临床特征、相关疾病、客观检查和治疗方式评估该分级在胃食管反流病相关工作中的应用价值。

Gastroesophageal flap valve is closely related to gastroesophageal reflux disease. The Hill classification is a standard based on the different forms of gastroesophageal flap valve. This study aims to summarize the relevant literature of Hill classification, and evaluate the application value of it from the clinical characteristics, related diseases, objective examination and treatment methods of patients.
