Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of stepped training of residents standardized train in the department of gastroenterology and hepatology.
Methods 12 residents in the PLA general hospital (Hainan hospital) were trained for three months during the period from April 1st to June 30th. The teacher divided the practitioners into three levels: primary, middle and advanced. After that, they were randomly divided into two groups, the traditional training group and the stepped training group. And the changes of trainees before and after training were detected by Likert scale questionnaire which were made by both teacher and residents.Data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.
Results The traditional training and the stepped training both had good training effect. The training effect of ladder training group was better than the traditional training group. The self-evaluation of residents using the stepped training method was better than that of traditional training group These data had statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion The stepped training of residents standardized train in the department of gastroenterology and hepatology is feasible.
