Nursing care of patients undergoing harmonic contrast enhanced endoscopic ultrasonography

Abstract:

Objective

Discuss the nursing points of harmonic contrast-enhanced ultrasound endoscopy, reduce surgery-related complications, improve the quality of care, and serve patients.

Methods

A retrospective analysis and summary of the clinical data and nursing points of 151 patients in the department of gastroenterology of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University who underwent harmonic contrast-enhanced endoscopy from July 2018 to October 2020.

Conclusion

The application of holistic care in harmonic contrast-enhanced ultrasound endoscopy is of great significance. Before surgery, conduct relevant inspections and effective evaluations for patients, strict monitoring and skilled cooperation during surgery, close observation after surgery, strengthen detailed care, and do a good job of patient health education and discharge guidance. Doing a good job in the overall care of the harmonic contrast enhanced ultrasound endoscopy can reduce the complications related to the operation and is an important guarantee for the success of the examination.
