Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of standard posture chart combined with formula teaching method on improving ERCP posture placement .
Methods Inpatients who underwent ERCP treatment in gastrointestinal endoscopy Center of our hospital were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.72 patients who underwent ERCP treatment in November 2021 were set as the control group, and 75 patients in December were set as the experimental group. Patients in control group adopted conventional oral postural education, while experimental group adopted standard postural chart combined with formula teaching method for posture. The coordination degree of position placement and the time required from guidance to completion of position placement were evaluated and compared between the two groups, at the same time, investigate the medical staff of evaluation of the effect of education and the satisfaction of patients in experimental group by Likert.
Results The cooperation degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the completion time of guidance to position placement in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). More than 71.33% of the medical staff agreed that the standard position chart combined with formula teaching method could reduce the workload of nurses, improve the work efficiency, improve the accuracy of positions, shorten the preparation time, improve the quality of service, and mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses. Among them, improving work efficiency and shortening preparation time were approved by 100%. More than 92% patients believed that watching the pictures in advance was beneficial to cooperate with nurses and the pictures were easy to understand; 68% patients thought that the pictures were attractive and the nursing service quality was high.
Conclusion The application of standard position map combined with formula for ERCP position placement education can significantly improve patient cooperation, shorten the placement time, and improve the evaluation and satisfaction of medical staff and patients, which is conducive to improving the quality of nursing service.
