Abstract:

To date, the features of early gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma under endoscopy have been familiar to endoscopists in our country. However, it is relatively difficult to distinguish the early gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma that only located in the gland neck from the chronic gastritis with Hp infection. The present study reported a case of early gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma and chronic gastritis with Hp infection by conjoint analysis of endoscopy and pathology, and made a comparison between these two cases.

Key words: Stomach, Signet-ring cell carcinoma, Chronic gastritis, Hp infection, Pathology
