图1 A：距门齿25 cm可见数条条形红斑；B：红斑相互融合接近管腔1/2并有继续向上延伸的趋势；C－D：为条形红斑NBI下表现；E－F：为柱状上皮化生的巴雷特食管但并未见肠化灶；G－I：倒镜可见一巨大滑动型食管裂孔疝未见疝囊形成，可倒镜至鳞柱状上皮交界处；J：胃内形态未见明确改变，纵轴未见明确偏移。
