图1 A：EIS前胃镜检查提示距门齿约18 cm以下可见4条蓝色曲张静脉，呈瘤状，红色征(＋) ，延伸至贲门，用聚桂醇30 ml在食管曲张静脉上分4点注射； B: EIS后胃镜检查提示距食管约30 cm可见食管黏膜大面积纵行隆起，基底呈蓝色改变，食管狭窄；C: 2周后复查胃镜提示：前壁及右侧壁可见2条纵形黏膜皱襞，食管四壁黏膜下透见大小不等蓝斑，未见明显静脉曲张
