目的

分析呼出气一氧化氮(NO)监测诊断幽门螺杆菌试验的有效性。

方法

回顾性分析2022年1月至2022年12月首都医科大学附属复兴医院消化科收治的182例患者的临床资料,比较呼出气NO监测与金标准内镜下黏膜活检幽门螺杆菌试验的灵敏度与特异度。

结果

共纳入患者182例,其中,男79例、女103例,中位年龄(53.67±16.16)岁。所有患者均完成内镜检查,剔除4.1%(8/182)未很好配合呼出气NO监测检查的患者。同期内镜下黏膜活检幽门螺杆菌试验28.2%(49/174),设置患者NO呼出值>10(阳性)与金标准对比,灵敏度为79.6%(39/49)、特异度为80%(100/125)。

结论

呼出气NO监测诊断幽门螺杆菌具有较高的敏感度与特异度,值得做为胃肠道无创监测炎症指标的方法之一。

Objective

Retrospectively analyze the sensitivity of exhaled nitric oxide (NO) monitoring versus gastroscopic mucosal biopsy Helicobacter pylori test.

Methods

A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 182 patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology, Fuxing Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022, and the sensitivity and specificity of exhaled nitric oxide (NO) monitoring and the gold standard endoscopic mucosal biopsy Helicobacter pylori test were compared.

Results

A total of 182 patients were enrolled, including 79 males and 103 females, with an median age of (53.67±16.16) years. All patients underwent endoscopy, but 4.1% (8/182) of them did not complete the examination well with exhaled nitric oxide (NO) monitoring, so 8 patients were excluded. During the same period, the Helicobacter pylori test for endoscopic mucosal biopsy was 28.2% (49/174), and the patient′s NO exhalation value was set to >10 (positive) compared with the gold standard, with a sensitivity of 79.6% (39/49) and a specificity of 80% (100/125).

Conclusion

NO monitoring has high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori, which is worth serving as one of the methods for non-invasive monitoring of gastrointestinal inflammation.
