在消化道肿瘤的超级微创手术(SMIS)中,操作视野的充分暴露是提高手术效率和减少并发症的重要条件。随着SMIS适应证的不断扩大,辅助牵引技术在较大病变的切除过程中起到重要作用。本文就辅助牵引技术近些年在消化道肿瘤SMIS中的研究进展做出归纳。

In super minimally invasive surgery(SMIS) of gastrointestinal tumors, full exposure of the operating field is essential for improving the efficiency of surgery and reducing complications.As the indications for SMIS expand, auxiliary traction techniques have become increasingly important for resecting large lesions.This article offers an overview of recent research progress in auxiliary traction techniques for SMIS of digestive tract tumors.
