目的

基于卫生经济学评价报告标准(CHEERS)评价国内外消化道肿瘤微创手术卫生经济学研究的报告规范性，进行对比分析，为进一步提高消化道肿瘤微创手术卫生经济学研究的报告规范性提供参考依据。

方法

检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、SinoMed、PubMed、Embase自建库至2023年6月的消化道肿瘤微创手术卫生经济学研究相关文献。使用CHEERS量表对纳入的中英文研究的报告规范性进行评价。

结果

在纳入的99篇文章中，报告规范性评价得分最高分为21.5分、最低分为9.5分。按癌种分类，研究胃癌的文章在研究人群的选择上好于研究其他两种癌症的文章。按研究种类分，所有的横断面研究文章均阐述了研究所采用的角度和结局指标，不同发表时间的文献之间比较，于2011～2015年的文献更加注重在文中说明时间范围的选择以及研究结果、局限性的阐述。

结论

国内外开展的消化道肿瘤微创手术卫生经济学研究的报告规范性待提高。建议研究者在今后研究中参照CHEERS量表，提高研究的报告规范性。

Objective

To evaluate the reporting standardization of domestic and international health economics studies on minimally invasive gastrointestinal tumour surgery based on the Health Economics Evaluation and Reporting Standards (CHEERS), and conduct a comparative analysis, in order to provide a reference basis for further improving the reporting standardization of health economics studies on minimally invasive gastrointestinal tumour surgery.

Methods

Literature related to health economics research on minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal tumors from the China General Knowledge Resources Inventory (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang Data), SinoMed, PubMed, and Embase self-constructed repositories up to June 2023 was searched.The reporting norms of the included studies in English and Chinese were evaluated using the CHEERS scale.

Result

Among the 99 articles included, the highest score for reporting normative evaluation was 21.5 and the lowest score was 9.5. For cancer types, articles studying gastric cancer had a better selection of study populations than those studying the other two cancers. For Study types, all cross-sectional study articles elaborated on the perspectives and outcome metrics used in the study, and in the comparison between the literature with different publication dates, the literature published in 2011-2015 paid more attention to explaining the choice of time frame as well as the elaboration of study results and limitations in the text.

Conclusion

The standardization of reporting of health economics studies on minimally invasive gastrointestinal tumour surgery conducted in China and abroad needs to be improved.It is recommended that researchers refer to the CHEERS scale in future studies to improve the reporting standardization of studies.
