经口胆胰管镜的成功研发使得针对胆胰管疾病的直视下超级微创诊疗成为现实,2023年11月,我国发布了首部《中国经口胆胰管镜超级微创诊疗技术共识意见(2023年,北京)》,填补了我国经口胆胰管镜诊治的空白。共识意见结合国内外临床实际,聚焦一次性成像导管的单人操作经口胆胰管子母镜(简称:经口胆胰管镜)系统诊治胆胰疾病给出了最新意见,积极推动了我国经口胆胰管镜超级微创诊疗技术的规范与进步。共识为经口胆胰管镜诊治的关键环节策略的选择提供了重要的临床证据,在中华医学会消化内镜学分会的牵头组织下,由专家进行讨论修订,最终形成了11项胆胰管疾病治疗相关的推荐陈述,并提出超级微创理念的指引下的相关器械设备研发与提升的展望。本文重点对共识中的经口胆胰管镜诊治胆胰疾病的重要推荐意见进行解读,以期为广大临床医师规范化开展经口胰胆管镜的诊治提供建议和参考。
