The biggest drawback is the inadequate elimination of esophageal varicose veins, high recurrence rate, more complications. For the treatment of esophageal varices in Japan, the doctors often use the fluoroscopic three-step sclerotherapy, the elimination of esophageal varices is more adequate, while less recurrence and complications. The article intends to introduce the operation the fluoroscopic three-step sclerotherapy for esophageal varices, in order to promote its application in China.
