To study and analyze the potential safety hazards and Countermeasures in clinical nursing of geriatric digestive medicine.

Methods

From February 2018 to December 2018, 96 elderly patients of digestive medicine in our hospital were selected.48 patients who received routine analysis and treatment of nursing safety risks were classified as control group, 48 patients who implemented risk management were classified as observation group, and the effect of nursing safety management was compared between the two groups.

Results

The final nursing quality expectation score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (95.45±6.71) and vs (81.54±8.41). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was also lower than that of the control group (4.17% vs 18.74%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The application of risk management in clinical nursing of elderly patients with digestive medicine can effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the occurrence of adverse events, which has great application value.
