Abstract:
As an important part of the hospital information construction, the self-service reservation system plays an important role in improving the quality of outpatient service and improving the patient experience. G. I. endoscopic Center in department of Gastroenterology, First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital designed and developed a self-service reservation system according to own conditions, The waiting time of reservation was significantly reduced, the occurrence of adverse events was reduced, and the patient satisfaction was high. This paper focused on the design, implementation and optimization of the self-service reservation system.
