The nursing effect of advantage nursing combined with gastroscopic gastrectomy

Objective

To analyze the nursing effect of advantage nursing combined with gastrectomy for gastric polypectomy.

Methods

The eighty patients underwent gastrectomy for gastric polypectomy from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were enrolled and divided into two groups.The 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing care, and 40 patients in the study group underwent advantage nursing cooperation.The hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.

Results

The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the study group were (3.10±1.43)d, (2887.66±256.49)yuan, which was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.5%, which was significantly better than the control group.80% higher(P<0.05).

Conclusion

The advantage nursing care for patients undergoing gastrectomy for gastric polypectomy can reduce the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses, and effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
