To investigate the effect of innovative activity method of Streptomyces after medication on the preparation results before gastroscopy.

202 patients with gastroscopy were randomly divided into 99 cases and traditional flip group in 103 cases after taking the link protease by single-center randomized controlled study method. The visual field clarity, gastroscopy operation time and cleaning water during the examination were compared between the two groups of patients.

There was no significant difference in visual field clarity, gastroscopy time and cleaning water during the examination of two groups of gastroscopy.

The innovative method of pronase after medication is simple and feasible, and the effect of medication is satisfactory.
