Experience of individualized nursing care during perioperative period of endoscopic day operation for cardiac constriction

Objective

To explore the perioperative individualized nursing measures for endoscopic cardioconstriction(C-BLART) daytime surgery.

Methods

From January to September 2023, 109 patients underwent C-BLART day surgery in the day ward of the Department of Gastroenterology, The First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital.All patients were given perioperative individualized nursing care.

Results

Postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain of the patients, ranging from 2 to 6 points, with an average of (2.6±0.5) points. No severe abdominal pain, cardia obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation and other complications occurred in the patients after 3 months of postoperative follow-up.

Conclusion

Reasonable and standardized perioperative individualized nursing can improve the success rate of C-BLART day surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
