目的

评价体外永磁体牵引技术辅助内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)的可行性与安全性。

方法

选取2020年3月26日西安交通大学第一附属医院消化内科收治的1例胃早癌患者,对胃窦早癌患者实施体外永磁体牵引辅助ESD手术治疗,记录手术时间、是否完整切除及有无并发症等资料。

结果

顺利完成ESD手术治疗,磁牵引装置从开始准备到完成病变牵引用时3 min,其中体内磁标记用时1.3 min,牵引完成后至病变完全切下来共用时约4.5 min。病变完整切除,无出血、穿孔等并发症发生。

结论

体外永磁体牵引技术辅助ESD可很好地暴露手术视野,此方法简便有效、成本低廉,适合进一步推广。

Objective

To evaluate the feasibility and safety of Magnetic Anchor-Guided Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(MAG-ESD).

Methods

Patients with early gastric antral cancer were treated with MAG-ESD, and operation time, complete resection and complications were recorded.

Results

The surgical treatment of ESD was successfully completed. The magnetic device took 3.0 minutes from the beginning of preparation to the completion of the labeling, of which the magnetic labeling took 1.3minutes.After the traction was completed, it was about 4.5 minutes for completely cut.There were no complications such as bleeding and perforation.

Conclusion

MAG-ESD can well expose the surgical field. This method is simple, effective, low cost, and suitable for further promotion.
