消化内镜技术的发展使内镜成为消化道疾病的主要治疗方法之一,医源性消化道穿孔也随之增多。治疗穿孔方法主要包括:保守治疗、内镜治疗和外科治疗。随着医学材料和内镜辅助器械的发展,利用金属夹、支架、组织胶等,实施封堵、覆盖、引流等技术进行穿孔闭合,逐步取代手术成为主要的治疗方法,医源性穿孔的治疗进入了微创治疗的新时代。本文就医源性消化道穿孔治疗及研究现状做一概述。

With the development of digestive endoscopy technology, endoscopy has become one of the main treatments for digestive tract diseases and iatrogenic digestive tract perforation has also increased accordingly.The treatment methods mainly include conservative treatment, endoscopic treatment and surgical treatment. Based on the progress of medical materials and endoscopic auxiliary instruments, such as metal clips, scaffolds and tissue glue, perforation closure treatment (sealing, covering, drainage) gradually replace surgery as the mainstream treatment method for iatrogenic perforation. This minimally invasive treatment has entered a new era clinically. In this article, treatment and research progress of iatrogenic digestive tract perforation are reviewed.
