Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in peptic ulcer.
Method 217 patients with peptic ulcer were selected from January 2019 to October 2019 in the first medical center of the general hospital of the people′s liberation army. All patients were equally divided into group A and group B in order to eliminate time interference. Patients in the group A received routine nursing care. And patients in the group B received evidence based nursing measures. Finally, the nursing quality score and satisfaction of patients with peptic ulcer were statistically analyzed.
Result The data of this study were compared and analyzed. The scores of disinfection quality, first aid quality, ward quality and overall quality in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. The satisfaction of patients with peptic ulcer in group B was 98.89%, which was significantly higher than 92.59% in group A. By P-test, χ2 test and other tests, the difference between the two groups was significant.
Conclusion Good effects of the clinical application of evidence-based nursing in digestive department would be worthy of clinical promotion.
