Abstract:
Objective To explore the rationality and necessity of using quality control circle (QCC) which could reduce tube blockage in the enteral nutrition of nose-jejunum nutrition tube.
Methods According to the actual situation of inpatients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology, PLA General Hospital, 120 patients admitted to the hospital from January 1st, 2021 to September 30th, 2021 for the treatment of nasojejunal tube implantation were randomly divided into two groups: the quality control circle group and the general treatment group. The general treatment group was given the traditional treatment and the correct reasonable and necessary medication guidance. Nurses in the quality control circle group received professional training in advance, and formulated detailed treatment strategies, implemented scientific and standardized quality control circle mode. Finally, we observed the occurance of tube plugging in the two groups, and investigated the satisfaction of patients and their families.
Results The data of the two groups showed that the quality control circle method could significantly reduce the occurrence of nasojejunal nutrient blockage, and the difference between the clinical trial groups was statistically significant.
Conclusion The quality control circle group added the quality control circle mode on the basis of the basic treatment, which is conducive to the recovery of patients and can greatly improve the professional and technical level of the treatment staff. Compared with the basic treatment, it has obvious advantages and can provide effective help for the clinical application of nasojejunal tube enteral nutrition in the future.
